We're pleased to share our new episode of the UNLOCK Project Podcast, hosted by Greenovate! Europe. Our goal is to provide insight into the innovative UNLOCK project and its impact. In this second episode, we interviewed our project partner, Farrelly & Mitchell, to gain a deeper understanding of their collaboration within UNLOCK.

Our guest for this episode is Dr. Michelle Riblet, Director at Farrelly & Mitchell, with extensive experience in agri-food policy and regulation. Dr. Riblet will be sharing insights into the comprehensive feather value chain analysis that was undertaken as a key component of the UNLOCK project.

This episode is divided into two parts. In the first part, we explore the complexities of the poultry sector's supply chain, with a focus on the role of EU legislation. We aim to provide insight into current practices in the poultry industry and the various challenges that exist within the feather value chain.

In the second part of our conversation, we discussed the strategies required to address and mitigate these challenges. We'll also gain insights into how Farrelly & Mitchell's analysis contributes to the UNLOCK project's mission.
